Emmanuel Legbeti
Managing Director
Emmanuel Legbeti is an Entrepreneur, Operator and Executive Advisor. Recognized as Consulting Magazine's "Top 35" in North America, he has helped enterprises to design, align and execute strategies to generate financial value (EBITDA) & shareholder return. His experience spans corporate strategy, operations mgt., and leading functional teams across the end-to-end value chain. His industry focus: Engineered Products, Manufacturing, Transportation, and Energy Storage / Distribution. His work covers Fortune 100 to small/mid-sized companies, Family-owned, Private Equity, and Family Offices.
He spent 9 years in industry and 8 years consulting at prestigious firms like Roland Berger, Booz & Company, and PwC. As an entrepreneur, he most recently, launched an enterprise software platform ( that combines people-centric thinking & management best practices with cutting-edge technology to help corporations, managers & their teams drive intelligent people engagement and reduce turnover costs.
Emmanuel has lived and conducted business across USA, Mexico, and EMEA. He holds his B.Sc. Engineering from Calvin College (minors in Mathematics and Business), and MBA Stephen M. Ross School of Business, University of Michigan. He resides in Coastal North Carolina with his wife and three children.
Jemmie Wang
Managing Director
Jemmie Wang is an entrepreneurial executive with >20 years experience in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, M&A and Operations. Jemmie started his first company (a Computer and Electronics sales and services corporation) at age of 20, grew it to $10 M p.a., sold the business, and he has not stopped since.
He is known for creating out-sized returns in a short amount of time for private equity, majority-owned or solely-owned companies. He has helped business owners to build and sell companies since 2008 — for example, he helped an enterprise sell three times in five years, generating IRR of >40%, 50%, and 55% for the equity owners by increasing both EBITDA and Sale multiple.
At the start of the equity creation process, he finds, analyzes, negotiates with, and integrates external M&A partners. Then, using a performance improvement program he designed, he adjusts costs and improve efficiency, thereby increasing EBITDA. He also builds detailed, precised, user-friendly sales quotation models that are instrumental in growing the top line, further elevating EBITDA and Sales multiple. At the end of the process in sell stage, he helps build Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs), drives the RFI process, and management presentations to potential buyers, and helps the owner maximize value in the market place.
Jemmie has unique expertise in Utilities and Underground Infrastructure management, Technology, and Real Estate industries. He received his B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from University of Michigan, and MBA from Stephen M. Ross School of Business, University of Michigan.
Jemmie resides in Indiana with his wife and two daughters.
McCall Renold
Former new product introduction strategist at Apple, McCall has worked at both large technology companies as well as startups in Silicon Valley, in addition to a background in management consulting at Booz&Co. Her experience includes New Product Introduction strategy, operations, forecasting and supply management, M&A due diligence, PMO and Project Management Software implementation, as well as complex financial and scenario modeling.
She holds degrees in Manufacturing and Design Engineering and Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University.
McCall lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Joshua Belczyk
Executive Advisor
Joshua Belczyk is a cross-functional executive manager and advisor who has helped transform all aspects of advanced manufacturing organizations and navigate critical situations for over fifteen years.  With deep expertise in Commodity and Specialty Chemicals, Metals and Mining, and Environmental Services as a long-term P/L manager as well as a corporate development director and financial advisor, Mr. Belczyk understands the perspectives of all stakeholders necessary for the execution of major initiatives. Most recently Mr. Belczyk led the acquisition, integration, expansion and evolution of Zochem Inc. to become an award-winning, global industry leader, and was nominated by Brampton, ON’s Board of Trade as “Top 40 under 40” for his achievements.  Previously at FTI Consulting, as part of the Corporate Finance and Restructuring group, he helped company executives, shareholders, and lenders navigate short-term liquidity and solvency crises while maintaining long-term strategic plans. Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, Joshua lives in Toronto with his wife and two daughters where he continues to volunteer as a member of the Board of Directors of the Brampton Board of Trade.  Mr. Belczyk has a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science and Public Policy from Harvard University and an MBA with focus on Corporate Strategy and Finance from the University of Michigan Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
Matt Mace
Chief Data and Analytics Scientist
Matt is the CEO of BlueGranite, an alliance partner of acretivPartners and a Microsoft Gold Partner. Matt has nearly two decades of experience helping clients create competitive advantages through sophisticated business analytics. Matt’s focus with his team of data scientists and technologists is on providing business analytics solutions to clients across the U.S., specializing in the architecture, implementation, and support of modern data platforms leveraging the Microsoft Suite (Azure, SQL, Power BI). He helps enterprises build competitive advantages and increase profits by making better, faster decisions with their data. Solutions range from executive dashboards and strategic scorecards, to line-of-business reporting and big data solutions that focus on high-volume and complex data sources. A “Top 40 Business Leader Under 40” for West Michigan, Matt is a graduate of Western Michigan University and earned his MBA from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. He resides in Kalamazoo, MI with his family.
Dr. Heidi Vermeer-Quist
Clinical Psychologist and Family Business Expert
Dr. Heidi Vermeer-Quist is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, a Family Business Consultant, and a Director on the Board of Vermeer Corporation, a privately held family-owned business based in Iowa. At Vermeer Corporation, Heidi has developed and facilitated the Ownership Council as well as various family business governance best practices. She works closely with leaders of the Vermeer family and business to ensure healthy communication, alignment of goals, and growth of all persons involved. Heidi is certified on the Hogan assessment and the Leadership Versatility Index, to assist organizations in leadership development. She has provided psychological assessment and psychotherapy to people struggling with a variety of mental health and relational problems for over 15 years. Heidi actively teaches a variety of classes that incorporate stress management skills, positive psychology and resiliency, effective communication and team building. Heidi received her Bachelors degrees in Psychology and Music from Calvin College and her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Wheaton College. She resides in Iowa, with her Husband, Chad, and their 3 kids.
Liz Sianturi
Client Relationship Specialist
Liz Sianturi is a client relationship specialist and the operations manager at acretivPartners, LLP. Prior to this role, she served in various administrative and leadership support roles at prestigious consulting firms including Booz & Company, PwC Strategy&, and Management Engineers. In her role, Liz drives the inner engine of our operation including client engagement, staffing, contracting, service logistics, and other internal firm operations. She resides in Boston, MA with her husband and two children.
