His work experience spans corporate and portfolio strategy, operations management, and leading teams across the value chain, including end-to-end operations transformation and program management, finance, product design / engineering, supply chain, procurement and manufacturing. His industry expertise lies in Engineered Products, Manufacturing Industries and Energy Storage / Distribution.
Prior to this role, he spent 9 years in industry in various roles at Johnson Controls Inc., and 8 years consulting at prestigious firms like Roland Berger, Booz & Company, and PwC. Emmanuel has also been an entrepreneur, including a current venture that leverages cutting-edge technology to enable enterprise customers increase employee engagement and decrease turnover costs.
Emmanuel has lived and conducted business on a global scale across USA, Mexico, Europe, Asia, Middle East, and Africa.
He received his B.Sc. in Engineering from Calvin College, with minors in Mathematics and Business, and MBA from Stephen M. Ross School of Business, University of Michigan. He resides in Coastal North Carolina with his wife and three children.
